Elis Luige

Highlights

In her role, Elis is responsible for winning new business and developing Employer Solutions Business Development strategy. Some of her main duties are to articulate the Employer Solutions offering, raise brand awareness, build up the Employer Solutions network, work on new collateral and partnerships and increase internal efficiencies.

Prior to JTC, Elis worked as a Business Development Manager for a global risk-mitigation professional services firm and for one of the ‘Big Four’ as a market entry and growth strategy consultant, specialising in technology and smart cities.

Elis is trilingual, she is fluent in Estonian, Russian and English.

In their spare time

Elis enjoys playing tag and touch rugby as she used to play rugby union for Battersea Ironsides. She is passionate about fitness and going on outdoor bootcamps.
