JTC Wins Trust Company Employer Accolade at Annual Wealthbriefing Awards

JTC’s shared ownership ethos and credentials as a global employer have once again been recognised, through an initiative aimed at celebrating excellence across the wealth management and private client sectors in the Channel Islands.

Announced at a ceremony held in St Helier last week (5 December), JTC was named ‘Trust Company Employer of the Year’ at the annual Wealthbriefing Channel Islands Awards 2024.

The accolade celebrates the global service provider’s dynamic and inclusive approach as an employer – from its shared ownership model and commitment to diversity, wellbeing and human rights to its educational programme, JTC Academy, and career development framework, JTC Gateway, which provides staff with the chance to explore opportunities across JTC’s global network.

Now in their third year, the Channel Islands Wealthbriefing Awards champion individual excellence and team achievements for products and services right across the wealth management spectrum, from investment and trust services, through to private banking and technology.

The win follows on from JTC’s double success last month at the ProShare Awards in London, where it won the ‘Most Effective Communication of an Employee Share Plan’ and the ‘Best Overall Performance in Fostering Employee Share Ownership’ categories.
