JTC Wins For Multi-Jurisdictional ESG Initiative at 2023 Governance Awards

The Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) in Jersey has awarded “ESG Initiative of the Year 2023 (Multi-Jurisdiction)” to JTC at its recent award ceremony.

Members of the JTC Corporate Services team, which is part of Institutional Client Services (ICS) in Jersey, attended the dinner and awards which also recognised students who qualified with CGI (formerly ICSA).

Corporate Services in Jersey has a significant focus on clients in the real estate sector, however, the team specialise in servicing many other asset classes and multiple different structure types, including companies, limited partnerships, and JPUTs. In terms of service provision, JTC offers a wide range of administration services comprising directorship services, company secretarial and client accounting.

The Jersey Corporate Services team were delighted to be nominated for this award in recognition of their commitment to promoting and implementing exemplary governance practices within the corporate services division with the trophy being collected by Richard Mukungatu and Tim Knight.

Speaking following the awards ceremony, Vicki Allen, Head of Corporate Services – Jersey, commented:
