JTC shortlisted for Private Equity awards

JTC shortlisted for Fund Administrator of the Year at the Real Deals Private Equity Awards 2022.

This will be the 21st annual event for the longest-running and most prestigious Private Equity (PE) awards in Europe with the ceremony taking place on Thursday 28 April at JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel in London.

JTC’s shortlisting reflects the continued organic growth and strategic acquisitions during the past year which have seen the company reach over 1,300 employees globally and assets under administration of over US$200 billion.

The Fund Administrator of the Year award recognises the overall achievement of fund administrators during 2021. JTC’s forward-looking and flexible approach has allowed it to navigate the challenges presented by Covid-19, and specifically Brexit, to create additional value for its PE clients across Europe.

JTC’s PE solutions expanded to provide managers with increased options for domiciliation. INDOS Financial, a JTC Group company, was one of the first entities to obtain a special depositary licence in Ireland to complement existing licences in the UK and Luxembourg, providing a comprehensive range of depositary options for fund managers.

In 2021, JTC established its ESG Services offering to support fund managers with increased reporting requirements and new regulations such as SFDR. As a responsible service provider, JTC’s deep expertise in governance, service delivery and technology-enabled processes, supports PE clients to achieve their ESG goals amid increasing demands.

In recognition of this, JTC won “Fund Administration – ESG” at The Drawdown Awards 2021, hosted by Real Deals’ sister publication.
