JTC Selected as Administrator of New Aircraft Acquisition Company Listed on London Stock Exchange

JTC has been selected to administer Amedeo Air Four Plus, an aircraft acquisition and leasing investment company, as part of its recent successful Listing on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE).

Amedeo Air Four Plus plans to acquire initial aircraft assets of approximately US$ 1.1 billion, increasing by up to an additional US$ 600 million by year-end 2015, with the scope to acquire further assets in the future.

Nimrod Capital acted as the company’s Placing Agent and will be the long-term corporate and shareholder adviser. JTC provided company secretarial services and acted as administrator for the company during its initial public offering and will continue to provide these services on an ongoing basis.
