JTC Law Becomes a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

JTC Law are pleased to advise its clients and intermediaries that with effect from 1 April 2025, JTC Law became a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP).

Registered under the Limited Liability Partnerships (Jersey) Law 2017 with the name JTC Law (Jersey) LLP, registered number 1486.

Please note that we will continue to trade as JTC Law but, going forward, JTC Law (Jersey) LLP will be the entity that is recognised as a legal services body under Article 17A of The Law Society of Jersey Law 2005 and permitted to provide legal services in and from Jersey. All relevant steps have been taken with the Jersey Financial Services Commission, the Registry and Law Society of Jersey to effect this change to an LLP in line with recent market practice.
