JTC Group General Counsel Named in the Legal 500 GC Powerlist Netherlands for 2025

Oana Astilean, General Counsel and Senior Director at JTC in the Netherlands, has been selected in The Legal 500 GC Powerlist Netherlands 2025.

As General Counsel, Oana assists clients with domestic and cross-border M&A, escrows, corporate restructuring, asset protection and enforcement structures, among other things.

The GC Powerlist highlights the very best general counsels and senior in-house legal counsels in the Netherlands following a comprehensive research process conducted over many months.
