JTC Expands UK Presence with Acquisition of Hanway Advisory Limited

Global professional services business, JTC, has announced the acquisition of independent professional services firm Hanway Advisory Limited (“Hanway”). The deal strengthens JTC’s position in the UK market, with Hanway providing a full range of outsourced corporate governance and administrative services to UK listed investment companies.

The business will become part of JTC’s Institutional Client Services (ICS) Division which sits within the wider listed funds team based in London, led by Susan Fadil, Senior Director – Fund and Corporate Services.

Hanway is JTC’s second UK fund services acquisition in 2024, following the acquisition of Blackheath Capital Management LLP in March, a London-based boutique asset manager, which enhanced and added further scale to JTC’s Global AIFM Solutions business.
