JTC Director Recognised as IOD ‘Director of the Year’ Finalist

Carol Graham, Group Head of HR at JTC, has been shortlisted for the Institute of Directors 2022 Jersey Director of the Year Awards in the “Large Business” category.

Carol, who joined JTC in August 2014, has over 30 years’ experience in HR and Learning and Development. In her current role, she is responsible for implementing HR strategies that support business growth and the achievement of JTC’s strategic objectives.

Carol is supported in this by a global team of HR professionals who manage end-to-end HR services across all jurisdictions. Prior to joining JTC, Carol started her career in the UK Public Sector, but has spent the last 20 years in the financial services industry working for a Jersey headquartered global law firm and a major Swiss bank.

The Jersey Director of the Year Awards are designed to recognise directors who are helping to lead their teams through the current difficult economic climate, and to also celebrate equality, diversity and inclusion, sustainability, and young directors.

The shortlisted candidates were selected by judges Kevin Keen, Heather MacCallum, Dan Hare, Helen Hatton, Kate Wright, Kate Nutt, and Chris Ambler. Winners in each of the ten Award categories will be announced at a black-tie ceremony on 24th November.
