JTC Consolidates Business in Luxembourg Through Move to ‘Bijou’

JTC has consolidated its Luxembourg operations today through its move to the new Bijou building in Luxembourg, which includes Exequtive Partners acquired by the global fund and corporate services provider in 2019.

Previously situated across two offices, JTC’s Luxembourg team is now united under one roof and one brand – following the firm’s mantra of being ‘Stronger Together’. Despite current restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic, JTC sees this office move as part of its long-term strategic commitment to Luxembourg and growth in the region.

The Bijou building is located at Cloche d’Or, 4.5km south of Luxembourg’s city centre, and JTC will be occupying two full floors. It is an extensive and exciting new development which includes office premises, a shopping centre, supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops.

As sustainability forms a crucial part of JTC’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) framework, Bijou’s sustainability credentials further align it with JTC’s values. Bijou was awarded a ‘very good’ grade A rating by BREEAM, the world’s leading sustainability assessment method for master planning projects, infrastructure and buildings. Additionally, on completion Bijou also has a predicted B energy performance rating.

Luxembourg is the largest investment fund centre in Europe and the second largest in the world after the US. JTC opened an office in Luxembourg in 2009 to provide a European centre for fund and corporate services, forming a core part of its Institutional Client Services division.
