JTC and CanAm Announce New Resource for EB-5 Investors

The EB-5 immigration process relies on trust. Immigrant investors put large capital investments, along with their hopes for successful immigration petitions, in the hands of Regional Centers. They need to be able to trust that their Regional Center will make their goals a priority and that the project will create the requisite jobs while complying with the rules of the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022.
