Jill Jones Featured in The American Bazaar

JTC’s EB-5 team continues to be known for its expertise on the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.The American Bazaar, an American-based publication targeting readers in India, recently featured a contribution from JTC’s Jill Jones.

Co-authored by Ronnie Fieldstone and Rohit Kapuria of Saul Ewing LLP, “Navigating EB-5 compliance: What investors need to know amid termination risks” details the journey of the EB-5 program since the passage of the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (RIA), including the 2023 guidance on the sustainment period and the termination of Regional Centers due to the failure to pay integrity fees. The column also contains suggestions for how investors can select a Regional Center that will comply with the RIA.
