Double Shortlisting for JTC Underlines Shared Ownership Success

JTC has been shortlisted in two categories in the prestigious ProShare Annual Awards 2024, once again recognising its success in championing the concept of employee shared ownership.

JTC is named as a finalist in both the ‘Best Overall Performance in Fostering Employee Share Ownership’ and ‘Most Effective Communication of an Employee Share Plan’ categories for companies with between 501 and 5,000 employees. Winners are set to be announced at a ceremony in London on 28 November.

In particular, the double shortlisting recognises JTC’s Employee Incentive Plan, with the business having announced earlier this year that it had granted share awards worth around £50m to its global workforce, following the successful delivery of its ‘Galaxy Era’ business plan.

JTC is a former winner at the ProShare Awards, having won the ‘Best Overall Performance in Fostering Employee Share Ownership’ category in 2021.

ProShare has been the voice of employee share ownership since 1992, with the organisation’s annual awards ceremony remaining the most coveted in the sector. The Awards celebrate excellence in the communication of employee share plans and the fostering of wider employee share ownership.
