Susan Fadil and JTC Group Shortlisted at Chartered Governance Institute Awards 2023

Susan Fadil, Senior Director – Fund and Corporate Services, has been shortlisted for ‘Governance Professional of the Year’ at the Chartered Governance Institute Awards (CGI) for the UK and Ireland.

In addition, JTC has been shortlisted for ‘Service Provider of the Year’ at the same awards which will be held in London on 20 November.

Susan has over 30 years’ experience within professional service firms, providing corporate governance and advisory services. She was a member of the CGI (formerly ICSA) working party which developed an industry standard share dealing code, post implementation of the new Market Abuse Regime.

In 2016, she also became a member of the CGI UKRIAT Committee, which manages the affairs of the ICSA and the ICSA Qualifications committee which is responsible for all aspects of professional education and development within the CGI UKRIAT. Having been re-elected for a second term, Susan was also previously Chaired the CGI Membership Committee.
