Growth and Investment in the Business

JTC continues to invest in its people, technology and infrastructure to support long-term growth and evolving client needs. In November 2024, JTC acquired the Buck Share Plan business, bringing onboard 12 share plan professionals and welcoming 17 new clients. Since then, the business has grown by 20% in its first year (2025), opened a new office in Bristol and strengthened its senior leadership team.
